We ship our available items within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Custom items take anywhere between two and four weeks. We ship all items UPS ground unless you have added overnight delivery to your order in which we will use UPS overnight.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to info@peepspaperproducts.com

Due to the size of our small business we do not currently accept returns as we do not have the man power to inspect and restock inventory.   If an item is marked delivered and you did not receive it we are happy to submit a claim with UPS but unfortunately due to the size of the company we are unable to replace an item.  If you have any questions please email us info@peepspaperproducts.com

International shipping is available.  We use UPS or DHL and select the fastest option. Import fees are not covered by this price. Please include your phone and email for international shipping.
